Answer:

It is used in cash sale and POS, to be used instead of Standard Selling Price.

To use the function in cash sale, first go to Tools > Options > Cash Sale, then check the checked box 'Use Standard Selling Price 2'.

Then click on OK. Maintain standard selling price 2 in stock item maintenance.

Go to stock > stock item maintenance.

key in selling price in standard selling price 2.

System will follow Standard Selling Price 2 instead of Standard Selling Price in Cash Sale.

You may also use the standard selling price 2 in POS.

To use the standard selling price 2 in POS, go to More function > configuration setting> Document control 2, check the checked box 'use standard selling price 2'.
