Troubleshooting:Error message – Unable to login from internet

Question: When I want to login to my autocount, error message prompted “You access right setting does not allow you to login from Internet.”?

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason:

You are trying to login as an Internet User and your User ID does not have the access rights to login as Internet User.

Solution:

1. Go to General Maintenance > User Maintenance

2. Click on Access Rights.

3. Go to AutoCount Accounting > System > Security, assign the access rights for “Can Login from Internet” to respective user.

Now, you will be able to login to AutoCount from internet.
