Troubleshooting: AutoCount Backup Server / AutoCount Server icon is not shown after installed.

Question: After done the installation for AutoCount Backup Server / AutoCount Server, the AutoCount Server icon is not appeared at taskbar. I’ve tried to reinstall .net 4.8 but still the same.

Version: 1.8/1.9/2.0

Possible Reason :

Windows setting has hidden the icon.

Solution (1):

Right click on Taskbar > News and interests > Turn Off.

After turning off, the AutoCount Server icon should appear now in show hidden icons.

Solution (2):

Right click on Taskbar > Taskbar Settings.

At the Notification area, click on “Select which icons appear on the taskbar”.

Turn on AutoCount Backup Server. Then the icon will appear in the taskbar.

Remark : Please make sure the AutoCount Backup Server / AutoCount Server services is running.
