Troubleshooting: Back Order control did not function in Cash Sales

Question : User A does not have access rights to save when the balance quantity is in Back Order status, but why he can still save Cash Sale transaction with back order item?

Version : 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason :

His access rights control to check Back Order Status for Cash Sales was not granted.

Solution :

1) Go to General Maintenance > User Maintenance > Access Rights or General Maintenance > Access Rights Maintenance (For Version 2.0).

2) Under Invoicing > Sales > Cash Sale > Check Back Order Status, check the checkbox of the user you wish to add this control and click on Apply.

3) Now the system will check and control the item in back order status for Cash Sales.
