Troubleshooting: Create Item error – 1 is not a supported code page. Parameter name: codepage

Question: When I create a new stock item, system prompted an error message: “1 is not a supported code page. Parameter name: codepage”. Why?

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason:

Suspected that there is a language mismatch between AutoCount and the computer’s operating system.

Solution:

Change the language at the Region settings to English (Malaysia).

Then re-login AutoCount, you should be able to successfully create new stock item.

Note: Please seek assistance from your software dealer if the problem still persists after performing the suggested steps.
