Troubleshooting: Import Data Error - Fail to save Item: 00006. Base UOM ‘CTN’ rate is not equal 1

From AutoCount Resource Center

Question : When import stock item data, error message prompted “Fail to save Item: [00006]. Base UOM 'CTN' rate is not equal 1”. Why?

Version : 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason :

The stock item you import have multi-UOM, but in this account book doesn’t have the Basic Multi-UOM or Advance Multi UOM module or you didn’t enable it.

Solution :

Go to Tools > Program Control > Module Setting, and make sure you have enable the module Basic Multi-UOM or Advance Multi UOM based on your requirement.

If you didn’t have any of the above modules, you can only create stock item with single UOM.

You should able to import the stock item after enabled either one of the Multi-UOM modules.
