Troubleshooting: Login Accountant ID error – Accountant ID does not match with this account book’s accountant setting

Question: When I try to login AutoCount using Accountant ID, error prompted “Accountant ID does not match with this account book’s accountant setting.”. What should I do?

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0


Possible Reason :

The Accountant ID validity period is expired or your computer time zone is NOT set to (UTC + 08:00 KUALA LUMPUR, SINGAPORE).


Solution :

1) Login AutoCount as ADMIN and Go to Tools > Options > General > Miscellaneous > Accountant Setting, to make sure you did maintain Accountant ID in Accountant Maintenance and the Rule is correct and still valid.


If the date is expired, you need to extend it.


2) If the date still valid, go to Control Panel > Clock and Region > Date and Time.



3) Set your computer time zone to (UTC + 08:00 KUALA LUMPUR, SINGAPORE).


4) After changing your computer zone, you should be able login as Accountant ID without error.
