Troubleshooting: Login Error - Index was outside the bounds of the array

From AutoCount Resource Center

Question : Why there is an error message prompted “Index was outside the bounds of the array” when I want to login AutoCount? What should I do?

Version : 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0


Possible Reason :

There was a crash on AutoCount main page.


Solution :

Go to Microsoft SQL Management Studio, run the query as below :

update users set MainPage=null where UserID='admin'


Note : Please seek assistance from your software dealer if the problem persists after performing the steps as above
