Troubleshooting: Preview Stock Issue Detail Listing – Unknown Sql Exception

Question: When I try to preview my stock Issue Detail Listing Report, it shows me the error: Unknown Sql Exception (Number = 207. Message = Invalid column name ‘Subtotal’.)

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason:

It may due to layout issue.

Solution:

Try to reset layout or delete the layout manager.

1. Reset Layout

Right click on any detail header and click on Reset Layout, then Inquiry and preview report once again.

2. Delete Layout Manager

Right click on any detail header and click on Layout Manager.

A small dialog box of Layout Manager will be prompted.

Select Layout to delete. Click on Yes to delete.

Inquiry and preview report once again.

Note: If the problem still persists after performing the steps as above, please seek assistance from your software dealer for further study.
