Troubleshooting: Quantity in Stock Card not tallied with its GRN

Question : In Stock Card report, the In Qty is 1020 for a GRN, but when drill down to the GRN the qty is only 1000?

Version : 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason :

You have keyed in FOC Quantity.

Solution :

In GRN, right click at the column header, select Column chooser, and drag the Qty column.

Now you can see FOC Qty = 20.

The quantity shown in Stock Card is correct, 1000 + 20 = 1020
