Accounting 2.0 - Prompted Message: Cannot export to DOCX because the following assembly or one of its dependencies could not be loaded-DevExpress.RichEdit.v19.2.Export.dll

Question: I am using AutoCount Accounting version 2.1, when I preview report and export to DOCX format, an error message prompted “Cannot export to DOCX because the following assembly or one of its dependencies could not be loaded: DevExpress.RichEdit.v19.2.Export.dll”. What should I do?

Possible Reason:

The file DevExpress.RichEdit.v19.2.Export.dll is missing from AutoCount folder.

Solution:

1) Try to get the latest version from your software provider and install. The version must at least version 2.1.2.4.

2) If you do not wish to update version, you may copy the missing file from another computer which have installed AutoCount 2.0, or AutoCount 2.1.2.4.

Copy the file DevExpress.RichEdit.v19.2.Export.dll and paste onto your AutoCount 2.1 folder.

3) Now you able to preview and export to DOCX format.
