Question: Can I prevent user from selling item below cost?

Answer:

There is minimum selling price control available in the system.

Under Tools > Options > Invoicing > Document Control, you may set it under Check Minimum Sale Price Option to use average up-to-date cost and set access rights for each user.

Whenever the selling price is lower than its average up-to-date cost, the message will be prompted to block user to save the transaction.
