Troubleshooting: Inquiry Stock Movement report error-Unknown Sql Exception (Number=207, Message=Invalid column name ‘TypeofStockIn’

Question: When I inquiry stock movement report, system prompted an error “Unknown Sql Exception (Number=207, Message=Invalid column name TypeofStockIn .” Why?

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason:

The database has detected POS is installed, but the POS table is not updated.

Solution:

Install POS Backend and plugin app from Plug-In Manager.

After installed and re-login AutoCount, you should be able to inquiry the stock movement report.

Note: Please seek assistance from your software dealer if the problem persists after performing the suggested steps.
