Troubleshooting: Invalid Report Header in Company Profile

Question: When I try to print or preview any of the reports in AutoCount, the error message prompted: “Invalid Report Header in Company Profile.”

Version: 1.8 / 1.9

Possible reason:

There is some invalid Report Header information was set in your Company Profile. Most probably your Company Name in Report Header is different from the Company Name field in Company Profile.

E.g.: In Company Profile, your Company Name is MOBILE PHONE TRADING 2014, but in Report Header, you edit the name to MOBILE PHONE TRADIN 2014.

Solution:

Amend your Company Name in Report Header to follow the Company Name field in Company Profile.

1. Go to General Maintenance > Company Profile.

2. Click on Logo & Report Header.

3. Amend the Company Name in Report Header then click on OK.

4. Now, you should able to print or preview reports without encounter that error message again.
