You must do <b>Year End Process</b> for the year before printing EA and export CP8D file.
<u><b>To print EA Form :</b></u>
1) Go to <span style='color:red'>Reports > Government Report > Income-Tax Report</span>

2) Select <span style='color:red'>EA report</span>, <span style='color:red'>filter</span> the <span style='color:red'>year</span>, and click on <span style='color:red'>Preview</span>.

3) Click on <span style='color:red'>Print</span> icon to print the EA form.

<u><b>To Export CP8D text file :</b></u>
1) Go to <span style='color:red'>Payroll > Payroll Management > Electronic Payment > Yearly Government Files</span>.

2) Select the <span style='color:red'>year</span> and click on <span style='color:red'>Download</span>.

3) The file is downloaded, you may extract and open it.
