Cloud Payroll - Reports : Where to print EA form and where to export the CP8D text file
Question : Where to print EA form and where to export the CP8D text file
Answer :
You must do Year End Process for the year before printing EA and export CP8D file.
To print EA Form :
1) Go to Reports > Government Report > Income-Tax Report
2) Select EA report, filter the year, and click on Preview.
3) Click on Print icon to print the EA form.
To Export CP8D text file :
1) Go to Payroll > Payroll Management > Electronic Payment > Yearly Government Files.
2) Select the year and click on Download.
3) The file is downloaded, you may extract and open it.
There are two files from the extracted file.
