Pos: Unable to find Open Backend button in POS front end login screen

Question: I’ve have enabled Backend button in POS front end login screen. But why can’t I find the button for Backend login?



Possible Reason:

POS module is not enabled at back end.


Solution:

Login into Server Account book, go to Tools > Program Control > License Control; check the checkbox ‘POS’ and click on OK.




The button for Open Backend is shown in POS front end now.



Note: To enable the Back-end button in POS Front end, Login AutoCount POS > More Function > Configuration Setting > General Setting; check the checkbox of ‘ Enable BackEnd Button’ and select your backend AutoCount.
