Frequent backup is a good practice, you may also go to ''<span style=color:red>Tools > Options > General - Application Settings</span>'' to check the option of ''<span style=color:red>Always prompt Back Up when exit application</span>'' .. so that the system will remind/offer you to backup before exit.
