Question: What is the difference of payment method in Red and Black colors when I view or edit A/R Receive Payment?

Answer:

Red color indicates that transaction has been reconciled while Black color indicates that transaction hasn’t been reconciled.


Note: The color indicator is used in A/P Payment, A/R Refund, A/P Refund, Cash Book Receipt Voucher and Payment Voucher.
