Question : What is MTD Pay in Debtor/Creditor Aging Report? How is the amount calculated?
Version : 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0
Answer :
MTD Pay means month-to-date payment made (Creditor Aging), and month-to-date payment received (Debtor Aging), as at report inquiry date.
For example, aging report inquiry date 20/07/2020, MTD Pay shows payment made/received in the month of July as at 20/07/2020.
To see how this amount is derived, go to AP Payment (or AR Payment), filter the selected creditor/debtor, and filter the date range from 01/07/2020 to 20/07/2020.
The sum of Amount column is MTD Pay.
