Answer:

Restored account book has same number of network users like trial version account book, which are 3 full system network users, 3 account network users and 3 stock network users.
It will not follow its own source of license network users.

The restored account book license control allows for 10 days offline validity.

You may check the remaining days from Tools > Program Control > Module Setting.
