Accounting 2.0 - Login Issue: Login Error - Could not load type 'HQService.IHQService' from assembly

Question: After I updated to version 2.0.28.196 and login AutoCount, system prompted unhandled application error “Could not load type 'HQService.IHQService' from assembly”. When I closed the error, AutoCount will end task. Why?

Possible Reason :

This is a plugin issue in AutoCount version 2.0.28.196.

Solution :

Update the plugin.

Do not close the unhandled application error, click on Show Details, scroll down to define the plugin name. Then get the latest plug in with your software dealer and install it at Tools > Plug-In Manager. Then re-login AutoCount.
