Accounting 2.0 - What is Document Lock Monitor?

Question : In AutoCount Accounting 2.0, there is a function called Document Lock Monitor in Tools menu. What is the function for?

Answer :

Document Lock Monitor will show the record of all documents that are in edit mode.

For example :

From my example, it means User ID named JOSH is currently in Edit mode for Invoice number I-000003. The record will be cleared from monitor once the document is saved/closed.
