This menu is available only when Advanced Item module is enabled.
This module is meant to maintain stock item analysis code for the purpose of report filtering.
Check the checkbox of Advanced Item to enable it.
Item Brand Maintenance
Go to Stock > More Stock Maintenance > Item Brand Maintenance
Click on New
Item Brand: key in the item brand code.
Short Code: key in a short code; it can be used to auto generate stock item code (see Tools > Options > Stock > General Stock Setting)
Description: the description of this item brand.
Item Category Maintenance
Go to Stock > More Stock Maintenance > Item Category Maintenance
Click on New
Item Category: key in the item category code.
Short Code: key in a short code; it can be used to auto generate stock item code (see Tools > Options > Stock > General Stock Setting)
Description: the description of this item category.
Item Class Maintenance
Go to Stock > More Stock Maintenance > Item Class Maintenance
Click on New
Item Class: key in the item class code
