AutoCount Stock Control Troubleshooting: Error ‘Could not load file or assembly…’ when open Stock Control.exe

Question : When I try to open StockControl.exe, error prompted ‘Could not load file or assembly ‘System.Data.SqlServerCe,Version=3.5.0.0….’. What can I do?

Possible Reason :

You did not install SSCERuntime_x86-ENU and SSCERuntime_x64-ENU.

Solution :

These 2 setup files are available at PDA-111 folder under temp folder.

1) Install SSCERuntime_x86-ENU.

2) Then install SSCERuntime_x64-ENU.

3) Now you should be able to open Stock Control.exe.
