Answer :
1) Go to Tools > User Setting > Approval Setting >By Organization Chart (as in Figure 1).
2) For example, wish to move OKH under T1. Click on […] > Move to
3) Select Approver > select T1
4) Now OKH is under T1. Approver is changed.
