<b>Save & Recalculate All button </b> is used when user made any <span style='color:red'>changes at Payroll Process Details</span> page.
<b>Reset button </b> is used when user <span style='color:red'>has modified or updated maintenances related to employees of this Payroll Process</span>, the system will reset and recalculate according to the latest maintenances.


The system will save and recalculate <i>(details page only, it will not affect related maintenances)</i> payroll details to reflect the latest changes.


However, should changes were made to <b>Employee Maintenance</b> you are advised to <b> delete this Payroll Process and create a new one.</b>
Save & Recalculate All will affect all employees in this payroll process.



If user wishes to recalculate <span style='color:red'>only a selected employee</span>, user can click on <b>Save & Recalculate </b>button beneath the employee’s name.

Question : What is the function of Reset button?



Answer :

Reset button is used when user has modified or updated maintenances related to employees of this Payroll Process, the system will reset and recalculate according to the latest maintenances.


However, should changes were made to Employee Maintenance you are advised to delete this Payroll Process and create a new one.
