  • above is mentioned for the approved unpaid leave only (from E-leave/leave entry).
  • time attendance import – absent will be included in payroll process – unpaid leave column.
  • in conclusion, system will priority calculate Unpaid Leave from TA import. If there is no value, then only consider for E-leave/leave entry & Adhoc Payroll Items. If you fill in Absent in TA import, it always will be added into payroll process.
