1) Go to <span style='color:red'>Setting > Tools > Report Management</span>.

2) <span style='color:red'>Select</span> the <span style='color:red'>report format</span> that you wish to delete and click on the <span style='color:red'>delete</span> icon.

2) <span style='color:red'>Select</span> the <span style='color:red'>report format</span> that you wish to delete and click on the <span style='color:red'>delete</span> icon. Click on <span style='color:red'>Yes</span> to confirm.


3) Click on <span style='color:red'>Yes</span> to confirm.

3) There is no more report format Payslip – B1 V2 Format in the PaySlip report format list.
4) The report format has been removed from PaySlip report format list.

Question : How to delete unwanted user report format in Cloud payroll?


Answer :

1) Go to Tool> Report Management .


2) Select the report format that you wish to delete and click on the delete icon.


3) Click on Yes to confirm.

4) The report format has been removed from PaySlip report format list.
