Cloud Payroll - Payroll Management : Payroll User can access to few employees only
Question : I have invited another payroll user but why that user can only see certain employees? There is no filter set on the employee list.
Possible Reason :
You did not set the employee authorization setting for the new payroll user.
Solution :
1) Go to Settings > Tools > User Authorization
2) Click on the payroll user email address.
3) Go to Employee Authorization tab and now you can see this user has only authorization for STANDARD employee group.
4) Check on the Employee group that you want to allow this payroll user to access and process payroll. Then click on Save.
Now the payroll user should be able to view the employees of authorized employee groups and process their payroll.
