Cloud Payroll - Subscription : Can I amend (upgrade or downgrade) the payroll, e-Leave & e-Claim, e-Attendance headcounts?

Question : Can I amend (upgrade or downgrade) the payroll, e-Leave & e-Claim, e-Attendance headcounts?

Answer :

Yes, you can proceed it at any time. Kindly refer to the below steps.

(1) Kindly click ‘My subscriptions’ in Cloud Payroll subscription screen to view the details.

(2) Kindly click manage in your right-hand side.

(3) Kindly click plan maintenance.

(4) You will be allowed to amend the headcounts. After that click proceed to make payment if there are any charges.

Once the payment done, the subscription end date will be updated to the selected day.
