Cloud Payroll - Time Attendance - Why is my time attendance setting is in grey/dimmed color?

Question : Why is my time attendance setting is in grey/dimmed color?

Possible Reason :

It is because you don’t have the access rights to do setting in time attendance. You need to login as subscriber or payroll user in order to access the setting.

Solution :

1) For payroll user. You can check the setting at Administration > User Maintenance > User Type > Make sure your user type is Payroll User
