Pos : Edit Pos transaction error - The value of column LastModifiedUserID in table Pos does not exist in its master file

From AutoCount Resource Center

Question: When I edit Pos Master Data in back-end and save, system prompts me an error message “ The value of column LastModifiedUserID in table Pos does not exist in its master file”. What should I do?

Possible Reason:

You’ve logged in to back-end as Accounting User but Pos transaction is created under Pos User, and your User ID does not exist in the Pos User Maintenance.

Solution:

1) You may request the ADMIN user to log in to edit the Pos Master Data or

2) You need to create new Pos User ID which must be the same as your Accounting User ID at Point of Sales > Pos User Maintenance. You will able to edit the Pos Master Data after created the POS ID.
