Others: Can I hide the functions of Open K.I.V folder and Current User Settings in Tools?

Question: I have created a new user without assigning any access rights and User Groups. But why is he still can see some of the functions in Tools?

Answer:

The functions of Open K.I.V folder, Mailing List, Program Control, Clear Cache and Criteria Data, Current User Settings and Customize Main Menu do not have access rights control. All users allowed to access.
