Pos3/5/FNB: Error message when reset terminal pc at POS Server Monitor?

Question :

System pops up error message when reset terminal pc at POS Server Monitor?

Unhandled exception has occurred in your application...

Possible Reason :

Autocount Auto Sync Notifier service may still be running at outlet.

Solution :

1. Go to Outlet POS PC and check Autocount Auto Sync Notifier service and make sure it has been stopped.

2. Now user may reset terminal pc at POS Server Monitor without any issue.
