Pos3/5/FNB: How to reset sub user password for eDashboard?

Question :

How to reset sub user password for eDashboard?

Solution :

Sub users are advised to change the password for security purpose (default password for eDashboard sub user is “autocountpos”).

1. Open Edashboard app on your phone and click Forgot Password? button to reset password.

2. Kindly fill in your registered email to receive a confirmation reset password email > Next.

3. Once received the edashboard reset password email, click on the Reset your password button to fill in new password.
