Pos3/5/FNB: I have already set photo and video link for LCD Customer Display screen but still not showing?

Question :

I have already set photo and video link for LCD Customer Display screen but still not showing?


Solution :

Make sure the path of photo or video link and format name is correct.


Solution :

1a. At Pos Front End, go to More Function > Configuration Setting > Device Setting

1b. At FnB Front End, go to More Function > Setting > Configuration Setting > Device Setting


2. Video or photo will not be displayed if the url list (like below) does not specify proper file type name.


3. Make sure the Video and photo location path and format name is correct and complete.
