Pos3/5/FNB: Insert license error Product ID is used by dongle

Question :

When I click Finish for completing the Activate License Wizard, system prompt out error below:

This product ID is used by dongle (xxxxxxxxx)


Possible Reason :

Your license product ID are not same as this dongle product ID.


Solution :

Please call in for support helpline or license department for further clarification.
