Question :
I have set default printer and alternate printer accordingly in POS/FNB system. But when I select default printer to reprint my receipt, the receipt will print out by alternate printer?
Possible Reason :
Check at Devices and Printer of your PC, make sure the correct printer is selected as default printer.
Solution :
1. Go your PC > Control Panel > select Devices and Printer
2. Select your printer then Right click Set as default printer.
And now, your receipt will be printed out by the printer you specified.
