Pos3/5/FNB: Return quantity more than sell quantity

Question :

I don’t want my cashier to do return quantity more than sold quantity. Can I set access right to avoid my cashier making this mistake?

Solution :

Yes, you can set an access right from your POS Backend

1. Login POS 5.0 Backend > Point Of Sale > Maintenance > POS User Group Maintenance

2. Select your Cashier Group ID then click the Edit Button

3. Untick ‘Allow Return Qty More Than Sell Qty’ under Data Entry Category, then click OK to save.

4. Now you may perform speed sync from your terminal.

If your cashier wrongly performed return qty more than sold qty, system will block his next action.
