Pos3/5/FNB: Sync Error Message status still showing error even though all my pos transaction had been updated to HQ Server?

Question :

Sync Error Message status still showing error even though all my pos transaction had been updated to my HQ Server.

Possible Reason :

There are some sync logic optimization which may come from older version to newer version and your transaction is not up to date.


Solution :

    • Dealer discretion is advised.

This SQL query command can only be executed at POS Frontend.


1. First, go to Autocount POS 5.0/5.1 Database Configuration > Tools > Sql Query


2. Type in : " update pos set syncerrormessage ='' where syncerrormessage !='' " and click on Execute button.


3. The Sync Error Message status should be cleared without any error message.
