Pos3/5/FNB: When print receipt, system prompt “Access to the printer is denied.”

Question :

When I click Print to selected printer, system prompt out below error.

Access to the printer is denied.

(Detail Error: The handle is invalid)

Possible Reason :

Printer driver corrupted or the driver not suitable for this printer model.

Solution :

Reinstall printer driver or install others latest version driver.
