Pos3/5/FNB: Why is my promotion item not working when sell quantity is less than 1?

Question :

Why is my promotion item not working when sell quantity is less than 1? I am a grocery seller and my item UOM consist of 0.1 kg.

Solution :

This is because of the Default Promotion Min Purchase Qty is 1.

1. If user wants to sell quantity less than 1 to entitle for promotion, then change the Min Purchase Qty from value 1 to 0
