Report Design: How can I hide a report format from certain User

Question : How can I hide a report format from certain user?

Version : 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Answer :

1) Go to any report design, e.g. Stock > Stock Card Report and click on Inquiry. Then go to Report > Design Stock Card Report

2) Select the report that you want to hide, and click on Set Attributes

3) Click on Set Deny User List

In the Deny List, check the User name (that you wish to deny his access) and click on OK. You may also set Deny List for User Groups.

4) The hided report will not show in the report list when preview by user FISH.
