Sales: How can I hide unit price in Delivery Order

Question : I do not wish to allow certain users to know the unit price while creating Delivery Order. Other than assign layout s user, is there other ways I can hide the unit price?

Version : 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Answer :

There is an access rights control.

1) Go to General Maintenance > User Maintenance > Access Rights or General Maintenance > Access Rights Maintenance (For Version 2.0).

2) Under Invoicing > Sales > Delivery Order > View Price, uncheck the checkbox of the user you wish to remove his access rights of View Price and click on Apply.

3) Now when this user creates Delivery Order, unit price column will not be shown in the grid.
