Question: When I go to GST Processor page, error message prompted: ‘Unable to launch a new form in new thread because of Out of Memory’?
Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0
Possible Reason:
Your account book has huge volume of transactions, and you are using 32-bit AutoCount to generate new GST Processor which causes the time out in AutoCount system.
Solution:
If the PC is installed with 64-bit Operating System, install a 64-bit AutoCount version to that PC and re-generate the GST Processor.
Note: You are encouraged to perform Year End Closing on your account book to reduce the size of database.
