Problem: When I perform export data from AutoCount, error as below shows: "Access denied". What is this error message for?

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible reason:

This is a permission issue.

Solution:

Run the AutoCount as Administrator.

Go to Accounting directory:

A) For 64bit Operating System

Go to C:\Program Files (x86) \AutoCount\Accounting; right click on ‘Accounting.exe’ and click on Run as Administrator.

B) For 32bit Operating System

Go to C:\Program Files\AutoCount\Accounting; right click on ‘Accounting.exe’ and click on Run as Administrator.

Login into accounting system and try to export data again. If the problem still persists, please seek assistance from your servicing dealer.
