Question: After setting Malaysia GST, I go to run GST processor wizard and there is an error message prompted ‘Attempted to divide by zero’. What is this error message for?
Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0
Possible Reason:
Your GST period is wrongly set to 0 (zero GST Taxable Period).
Solution:
Go to Tools > Option > General > Goods and Services Tax > GST Taxable Period (months); set it to 1 or 3 and click on OK to save the setting.
Run again your GST Processor and it should be fine now.
