Troubleshooting: Import AP CN error - UnappliedAmount is greater than NetAmount (APCN3763)

Question : Failed to import excel for AP CN, error message ‘UnappliedAmount > NetAmount in detail record. (APCN[3763])'.

Version : 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason :

AP Credit Note in negative amount is not allowed to save.

Solution :

Remove the negative symbol in Amount Column and import again.
