Troubleshooting: Login error - 'This account book was either in progress of year end closing or failed during Year End Closing’…

Question: When login AutoCount, message prompted: 'This account book was either in progress of year end closing or failed during Year End Closing. It is not allowable to login to this account book'. What should I do?

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0


Possible Reason:

The Year End Closing still in progress or it was failed due to certain reason such as power failure or interrupted by user.


Solution:

1) Login to Auto Count 1.8 Management Studio, Go to Tools > Reset Year End Closing in Progress.



2) Click on Yes.



3) Click on OK.



Now, you are able to login to AutoCount.
